PPSC Assistant Food Safety Officer Jobs 2023 – Apply Online
The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is accepting applications from Punjab domicile holders for the position of Assistant Food Safety Officer on a contractual basis for a three-year term, open to both male and female candidates.
To be eligible for the Assistant Food Safety Officer role, candidates must possess a Master’s degree, B.Sc.(Hons), or BS in Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, Agriculture Food Science & Technology, Food Safety & Quality Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. The age limit for male candidates is 35 years, while female candidates must be 38 years old. There are a total of 86 positions available, with 64 on open merit, 14 reserved for women, 4 for special persons, and 4 for minorities.
The PPSC, established in April 1937, functions as a government organization responsible for recruiting and overseeing civil and management services in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. Governed by the Punjab Public Service Commission Ordinance of 1978, the commission operates in accordance with the rules stipulated in the Punjab Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978, and Punjab Public Service Commission (Functions) Rules, 1979.
